However, most of the personal information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years or until the minor is 25 years of age.

Toni Horsford Nutrition will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your personal information.

There may be instances where we cannot grant you access to the personal information we hold.  For example, we may need to refuse access if granting access would interfere with the privacy of others or if it would result in a breach of confidentiality.  If that happens, we will give you written reasons for any refusal.
